Remember this art journal??
Well I never finished it...So after not finding anything to make a journal with...YET! I thought I would dig it out and work in it a bit!
It is mostly illustrations...I didn't say good ones! lol But it is a good place for me to practice them!
Working on faces mostly...when I really should be trying to learn how to draw hands and feet! No can do...Not something I was ever very good at...but hey! I got the perfect art journal to try it out in! :)
And soooooooo...my morning illustration page for today....

I was sitting at my desk with much the same look on my face as this gals...Ok so it's a self-portrait..fffffft!
Me with my brownish-red hair (yes if you may know it came out of a box lol) and my hazel brown/green eyes(nope no contacts..I sorta omited the glasses I wear hee hee)
And my bright red night shirt..t-shirt type...just made it plain..but it really has on it the words..."Dear Santa...I want it all!" *snicker*
Gee...you think I could of drawn my bewbies a bit bigger! I look like I belong to the itty bitty titty commity! LOL Not that there is anything wrong with small titterz but maybe it is just wishful thinking they were something non-exsistant! Heck! Who really likes wearing bras? Really! The warmer it is the tighter they become and make you feel like they are going to cut off your air supply! lol And I must not have any shoulders...because the straps keep easing their way down off my so called shoulders! *hands up in the air* Why are we tortured this way? Who invented these contraptions anyways?! Like it's not enough crap we gals have to endure...Like sanitary pads!!! Gahhhh! Feels like a wad of paper between your legs and crawls up where the sun don't shine! Ha!! Go figure.......

I really don't have alot to say today...It is all in my head in a jumbled mess and just not sure how to straighten it out right now.
I am sure I could find something to say but it wouldn't be nice or it would come out all wrong! Ever have those days??
And no it's not pms time LOL
It is not me to just sit and bitch bitch bitch...But there comes a time when you just want to scream and break things! lol Know what I mean Vern! lol
Let's just say ...there are people that come into your life who just don't get it and don't know how to shut up long enough to listen! Like I said I don't bitch very often or have alot to bitch about...just one time I needed that ear and they went about it in the wrong way and turned into one big nightmare! Now how does that help! And then you just have to draw a line and say BUH BYE! Gahhhh! I hate that!
Today I just needed a place to vent so just ignore this post LOL Did a little art this weekend! Will have more to show you all through this week! :) For now..I am going to go throw and break things! ;o) Ya...you all know better hu! lol

I mentioned that I would show you what I was creating on wallpaper! So here it is!! I have one more just can't get a good piccy with out the glare! hmmph!

Like I said these pieces are oddly shaped! It measures 14-3/4 x 10-1/2 at the tallest and widest points!
I had to clip it to a piece of cardboard..which is temporary btw...I didn't have enough hands to take the piccy! lol ...and it was too windy and cloudy outside for piccy taking!
I will keep working on getting a good photo of the other piece and hopefully show it to you tomorrow!
Now on to something new and I am really excited about... This!! Please ignore the clippy things and the cardboard behind it...it too is temporary until I can either find something to mount it to or hmm something!! lol You got any ideas! They are both created on wallpaper...??? "Charming In The City".
Creating my own faces by drawing and painting is not something I am totally used to doing just yet...so hopefully this last piece is not a one timer LOL
So now I am off to work on some backgrounds and stir up trouble in my studio! hehehhee

Another loose leaf Journal Art Page "Journey Unleashed" 8-1/2 x 11 on cardstock! A whole lot of journaling going on here! A one of a kind work of art! And never let go of your sense of wonder!
It will be awhile till I can work on cardstock again...so I am working on wallpaper at the moment a lot larger and a bit different as in shape! I can't scan it so I am racking my brain for a place to take a good photo of it!
You know...I just thought of something...I know don't hurt yourself there Nance! hee hee ...I have been working out of the same 5 fashion magazines I bought last year! Holy dang! I swear each time you flip through them you find something new you can use in a collage! Try what Teesha suggests...turn the magazine upside down ..ya sure people will look at ya funny but so what lol...But turning the magazine upside down you are able to disassoiciate the adds and photos and see things differently! You'd be surprised what you can find!!! Try it! See if it works for you! It doesn't have to be a fashion magazine either any ol magazine will have some amazing stuff in it! Use pieces of the whole and turn it into something all your own! :) Go play!!
