I'm back!!! Mailart fun! And More journal pages...finally!
Before the weekend I received this lovely Mail Art package from the beautiful Debra Cooper! Now would you look at this stuffed to the brim hand painted and stamped folder she made for me! Isn't it gorgeous!
And here is a view of the versi side! Wowzers! And we haven't even touched what's inside yet!!
Ok! So I couldn't resist another view of the outside of the folder! :D I already have it stuffed with all my magazine tear sheets for later art projects!!!!
Here is what I found in the folder that Debra sent me! Fun, colorful, fabulous handpainted/stamped papers...faboo wallpapers...and a sweet envie she painted and pretty birds/egg stickers!!!! And get this...she even stamps on the versi sides of her papers...look at this!!
Lawdy! Goodness me! Dang girl! Thank you so very very much!! Makes you want to go play in your studio don't it?!
Finally! Some journal pages! YAY! I have been so busy and going ragged in so many directions..I didn't know which end was up! But I am feeling much better...that is why I haven't been around...just so much crazies going on! But Sarah is finally back home again! And pssst she's getting married!!!! She brought her fiance (did I spell that right) home and he is wonderful and damn they grow em tall in WY lol....I am so happy for the both of them!! And so glad she is home! I can finally relax and do art again! So, yes I am back...somewhat...please be patient with me till I get back in the swing of things...and those of you who are waiting on packages...those should be arriving in your mailbox anytime now! :) Don't know where my mind has been but I am glad it is back ....I think ;o) Darn whirlwinds!
Much love and hugs! Happy Creating!
Nance

Glad you're back, I've been missing your inspirational work!!
Great idea to stamp the paper prior to using it....I'm sure everyone does that but me...LOL...I usually stamp after I have paper affixed to whatever.
Love the new journal page--Autumn is my 2nd favorite time of year...but not behind first by much--I love the cool breeze and the warm smells of home cooking, fresh apples, and warm pumpkin pie and the promise of family and friends gathering often and soon...
Congrats on the engagement--is this your daughter I'm assuming??
Good for her and her tall man! :)
