Got two more of the swaps today in the mail! Yippy! This first one is from Suzie http://artography.wordpress.com  Well my goodness Suze! Thank you! I will try to post these on flickr a bit later so you can get all the details!

Within this yummy package from Suze she also sent me a Birfday card! And a lovely atc made by her also! Sooo beautiful it brought happy tears to my eyes! Thank you my dear friend!

And this 2nd yummy swap package is from Dawn Regelman....I don't believe she has a blog as of yet...or do you Dawn? hehe Come on girl whats the scoop dear! Thank you Dawn for all the lovely images and papers! I will get this one posted on flickr as well! Ok here is one more ok two things to share with all of you...I have created a piece using some of the yum yums I received! I have one planned later using one of Frans http://www.artsyfran.com  lovely images. I have another piece which I will show tomorrow using one of Frans images!

Is it April yet!!!!!

Just got an update on a book I am being published in! BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

I went to bed early last night..was feeling kinda icky...tucked myself in bed with my lovely heating pad and fell off to sleepy land. I woke this morning and glanced at the clock. OMG it was nearly 9AM! It is not like I have to go anywhere or late for anything...but 9! I decided to get up and grab me a good ol cup of coffee which by the way was just barely warm at that time of morning, so I clicked the coffee pot back on. I really regretted getting up by this time...It was freezing cold! I then looked out the back door to see the temperature! Only a whoppin 20 degrees! I then noticed that my little curtain had been torn down from the back door window...Hmmm that darn cat! I then turned around to see all that lovely laundry piled high! I was Oh my gosh! Whom ever drives or walks by or God for bid walks up to ring the doorbell would surely see all that laundry! Yup you guessed it, I started my laundry right off!

I then get a call from my DH who said it was only 18 degrees when he got up and it is nearly 11am now and still at 20 degrees. I guess ol man winter has hit us! Cept no snow! Which my DH is thankful for, being that he does all the driving. My DH has had a sore shoulder blade for about a week now and is being a stubborn brat for not wanting to see a doc about it. I think he has had enough of it and is seeking out a doc for it. I am no doc, but I am betting that it is a pinched nerve. Hoping that is all it is. I am just as stubborn as he is when it comes to seeing doctors and then some. He practically has to drag me kicking and screaming LOL Pleading to my DH..NOOO! They have sharp needles! NOOOOOOO don't make me go! LOL I've been known to clock someone if they dare come near me with a needle! hehe I know ...Big baby! lol :P

Sitting here in front of the computer not wanting to move...I have my sweet warm snuggly blanket and a hot cup of coffee and half tempted to put mittens on LOL  DH and I had a discussion last night about getting married in May. The more we talked about it the less feasible it was to us....we have our DD living with us now and she needs so many things. We thought that the monies we get would be best spent on getting her the things she needs, plus some new clothes for all the girls. And hold tight to whats left. We will hold off another year before getting married. We both agreed that the children always come first and that we both feel in our hearts that we are married and we can wait.

I am off to get me another cup of coffee! Hope all of you are nice and warm. I just turned the heat up! hehe Shhhhhhhhhhhh! lol  *mumbles to self* the next home we have had better have a fireplace......

New Journal....& first swap received!

Just thought I would share my new journal with everyone!

I lurve the front cover...."I Was Just Thinkin'.....Outloud..again." hehe! This time I am using an old encyclopedia!

First two actually entries into my new journal! Erm...I am seeing a change here...hehe...I had fun doodling and scribbling! :D A bit different for me I suppose.

Did these last two entries yesterday! I had a bit of a headache so they are not as detailed as the first ones...

The last of the swaps #4 went out Friday...and Saturday I received my first of the 4...I was so excited...I then seen Fran's name on the package! I was saying...Ohhhhhh! I can't wait to open this one! I opened the package and was totally amazed and thrilled at what I saw! Here is a peeky peek at what Fran sent me...Get ready to drool ladies! Lookie! At these collage sheets! Aren't they just sooooo gorgeous! Fran you did a most excellent job with these sheets! I am thrilled to pieces! You have got to get some of these alphabet sheets....She doesnt have the collage sheets with all the wonderful photos posted...But I think she should! They are fab-u-lous! I have got to get some art into my shop ASAP! I have got to pay for my postage machine somehow LOL...I am not going to leave it up to my DH to support that machine...but I will soon be having some new art photocopied....that I will let my DH handle LOL since I don't drive! LOL New art that no one else has seen yet! I have done a few works with my old standby Journal Art Pages! I am ready to sell again! Just got to send the art with my DH to work tomorrow and then I will give you all a sneak peak! hehe Hope those pages hold me for a little while...because I have some things up my sleeves! :D Gonna expand my horizons this year and try y hand at some new things! Ohhhhhhhh I just love to keep you guessin' Muahahahahhah *evil laugh*! You know I love each and everyone of you! If I didn't tease ya so much you would think me didn't lurves you no mores! LMAO

Almost done! Just got to do the inside of the back cover...add something to the back of the journal and something on the binding and it will be allllllllll done! Yippy!
